SUMMER READING PROGRAM


* WEEK 3: SPECIAL PROGRAM THURSDAY JUNE 25 - Join us at 1:30 pm on Thursday for nonfiction author Donna M. Jackson. Ms. Jackson is the author of several books including Phenomena, E.R. Vets, Bone Detectives, and Wild Life Detectives. Donna will be talking about her life and writing styles. Everyone is welcome to attend!
* Grades K - 4 Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m.
* Grades 5 - 8 Journal Journey group on Thursdays at 1:30 p.m.

* July Summer Reading Program highlites include:
* July 7 - You as a performer - share an instrument and name that tune!
* July 8 - Push America puppet show at 1:30 p.m.
* July 14 - A Nashville guitar artist leading a workshop titled "Dr. Suess and Hannah Montana. This is for grades K - 4. The group will cut their own CD!
* July 15 - A presentation titled "Puppets Alive" with Vanita McIlvanie .

Join us for the award winning movie, 'The Lake House'. The movie will be presented in the FMPL Community Room. Dinner will be served with the movie. You must be age 18 and over to attend.

Our film for July is the award winning 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button'. The movie centers on the story of a man who ages backwards. It requires Brad Pitt to begin life as a tiny elderly man, then blossom into middle age, and finally become young. Film Et Cafe features an entire dinner at 5:30 p.m. with the movie starting at 6:00 p.m. Age 18 and over may attend.
